You are solely responsible for the security of your private keys and seed phrase. FOGSPACE cannot recover, reset, or access your wallet under any circumstances.
What "Non-Custodial" Means
FOGSPACE does not hold, control, or have access to your private keys. Your keys are generated and stored on your device only. You are the sole authority over your wallet.
Your Responsibilities
- Backup your seed phrase: Store it securely, offline, in multiple safe locations.
- Never share your seed phrase: No one from FOGSPACE will ever ask for it.
- Verify transactions: Blockchain transfers are irreversible.
- Protect your device: Use device passcode and biometrics.
- Beware of scams: Verify addresses and recipients carefully.
What FOGSPACE Cannot Do
- Recover your wallet if you lose your seed phrase.
- Reverse, cancel, or refund a completed transaction.
- Recover funds sent to the wrong address.
- Recover funds sent to a scam address.
- Reset or change your private keys.
No Insurance
Funds in your wallet are not insured by any government or third-party. Cryptocurrency carries risk, including total loss. Only use funds you can afford to lose.

FOGSPACE does not provide financial advice. Nothing in the app or on the website constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell any asset.
No Warranty
FOGSPACE software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. You use FOGSPACE at your own risk and are solely responsible for any consequences of its use.
